We want you to be happy with your purchase from Captain Cannabis Warehouse. If something isnβt quite right, weβll do our best to help within the guidelines below.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The return request is made within 15 days of receipt of your order.
- The item is in original conditionβunworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- All original tags are attached.
- There are no stains, odors, or signs of wear (including pet hair, smoke, or deodorant marks).
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.
Products Covered
This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to the following products purchased directly from Captain Cannabis Warehouse:
- Graphic T-shirts
- Hoodies
- Posters
Non-Returnable Items
In general, we do not accept returns for:
- Items that are washed, worn, or altered
- Items without tags or not in their original condition
- Items with visible damage not due to shipping or manufacturing defects
- Any final-sale or clearance items, if marked as such at checkout
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us at Aaron@purequalityextract.com with the following information:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
- Photos, if the item is damaged or incorrect
We will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed if the return is approved.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos of:
- The damaged or incorrect product
- The packaging and shipping label, if applicable
Once verified, we will work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Exchanges
At this time, we generally do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or design, you may return your eligible item for a refund (subject to the terms above) and place a new order.

Because our products are made to order and quickly sent to production through our dropshipping partners, cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us immediately at Aaron@purequalityextract.com. If the order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to help.
