Shipping policy
At Captain Cannabis Warehouse, our goal is to get your gear to you as smoothly as possible. Because our products are made to order through trusted dropshipping partners, processing and shipping times are slightly longer than traditional retail, but this allows us to offer fresh designs and minimize waste.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship orders within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Processing Time
All products are made to order. Please allow approximately 5β7 business days for order processing and production before your order ships. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, typical delivery times are:
- Standard U.S. Shipping: approximately 7β10 business days after dispatch.
These timeframes are estimates and may vary based on carrier volume, weather conditions, holidays, and other factors outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total, shipping method, and delivery address. Any available shipping options and pricing will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will typically receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available from the carrier). Tracking updates may take up to 24β48 hours to appear after the label is created.
Multiple Items & Partial Shipments
Because we use dropshipping and work with different production partners, items in your order may ship separately. If this happens, you may receive multiple packages and tracking numbers, even if everything was placed in a single order.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Captain Cannabis Warehouse is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout. If you realize you made a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at Aaron@purequalityextract.com. If the order has not yet gone into production or shipped, we will do our best to update the address.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
While we do our best to help, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Delayed packages: Please allow extra time during peak seasons or carrier disruptions.
- Lost packages: If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, first check with neighbors or your local post office or carrier. If the issue persists, contact us and we will review the situation with you.
- Damaged items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe and include photos of the damage and packaging so we can work on a solution.

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
